Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations requires a brand-name specific "ChemTracker" software license renewal to support the tracking and management of chemicals. This software is essential for customers of the DLA Product Test Center. The requirement is for an annual renewal, with the anticipated period of performance including a base year from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, followed by three option years. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on a 100% Small Business Set-aside basis via Open Market Procedures on SAM.gov. The award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to meet all aspects of the government's requirement and provide the deliverables as outlined in the attached Bill of Materials (BoM) and Statement of Work (SOW). Market research indicates that only ChemTracker software currently meets the government's needs due to its specific functionality. The DLA will continue to conduct market research to identify potential future competitive opportunities.
