Description
AVB Construction, LLC is seeking bids for additions and renovations to Mattawan Middle School. The project is scheduled to commence on August 31, 2026, and conclude by March 31, 2028. This is part of a larger initiative by AVB to complete multiple projects for Mattawan Consolidated Schools over the next two years. The scope of work includes selective demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, general trades, metal panels, roofing, overhead doors, aluminum and glazing, painting, drywall, ceilings, flooring, kitchen equipment, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, technology, sitework, asphalt and paving, fences and gates, and landscaping.
