Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Data Physics Corporation for vibration control equipment and software. The required items include a DP906-A2 Abacus 906 Network Peripheral/Chassis, three DP900-6C Six channel Abacus 900 DSP modules, one DP300-17025 ISO Certification, one DP960-100-36C Power User Bundle, and one year of software support (DP760-97SE). Data Physics Corporation is the manufacturer and sole distributor of these products, holding patents and proprietary rights. Therefore, the contract will be firm fixed price. Interested parties who believe they can provide this requirement without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule must submit their capability statement no later than June 22, 2026, at 2 PM PST. Responses should reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D0AH290-0013 and be sent to Christine Beltramo at christine.r.beltramo.civ@us.navy.mil.
