Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for one N2GEN 260S-T1 PSA Nitrogen Generator & Accessories to South-Tek Systems, LLC. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake has identified South-Tek Systems, LLC as the only vendor capable of providing a system that meets the required output, utilizes Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, has a small footprint, and integrates with existing on-site equipment. This notice is not a request for quotes, and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties who believe they can provide a comparable capability must submit a written response by June 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Responses should include a capability statement demonstrating the ability to meet the requirements without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. All vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov. Access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requires certification through the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) and approval via DD Form 2345.
