Description
The City of Santa Barbara is soliciting bids for the supply of renewable diesel fuel. The fuel will be provided in both clear and red-dye varieties on an as-needed basis. Detailed specifications for the renewable diesel fuel are included in the solicitation documents. To ensure consistent quality, a single supplier will be selected for all deliveries. The initial contract period will be for one year from the date of award, with a Purchase Order covering the remainder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. This contract includes the possibility of renewal for four additional one-year terms, not to exceed a total term of five years from the award date. Bidders should be aware that any service purchase order issued under this bid may be subject to the provisions and regulations of City of Santa Barbara Ordinance No. 5384, Santa Barbara Municipal Code, Chapter 9.128, and its impending regulations concerning the payment of Living Wages.
