Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting bids for comprehensive HVAC system repairs at the Marine Safety Detachment in Santa Barbara, California. The work includes the inspection, overhaul, and complete repair of the existing HVAC system. Specific tasks involve replacing a variable frequency drive (VFD) for the blower, which is currently non-operational. Additionally, the second-stage compressor, condenser fan motor, and blower belt require replacement due to identified leaks and failure. The facility is located at 111 Harbor Way, Santa Barbara, CA 93109. Work is expected to be completed within 14 calendar days from the acceptance of submittals, during normal business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday).
