The Elgin Area Convention and Visitor Bureau (Explore Elgin) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Google Search and Display advertising services for its Fiscal Year 2027 quarterly campaigns. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating and managing digital advertising campaigns targeting specific geographic areas and demographics to increase website visits, impressions, and click-throughs. The scope includes Google Search ads, Google Display ads, and Demand Gen campaigns, with all creative content to be produced by the vendor. The contract period is from August 7, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with a total budget of $20,000 ($1,666 per month). The vendor will also be required to provide monthly reporting with access to first and third-party data, pixel tracking, and attribution reporting.
