Description
Kane County is soliciting an all-inclusive, turnkey purchase and implementation of two 27-inch commercial-grade touchscreen pedestal kiosks for the Circuit Clerk. The solution must support court records, court and county forms, e-filing, frequently asked questions, wayfinding, payments, multilingual access in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, and an AI-powered avatar assistant for guided service flows and e-filing assistance. The scope includes the kiosk hardware, software platform, integration with the Circuit Clerk’s existing ePay/customer access portal, cloud-based content management, analytics and reporting, project management, configuration, content build-out, pre-staging, on-site installation, staff training, and 24/7 remote monitoring and support. Vendors must submit pricing and supporting technical information, proof of current insurance, references for comparable services performed within the last three years, and the signed Offer to Contract Form.
