Description
Kane County seeks a geospatial services provider to acquire aerial imagery during the March–April 2027 leaf-off, snow-free window and produce countywide 3-inch, four-band (RGBN) digital orthoimagery. The work covers approximately 524 square miles within the county boundary plus a one-mile buffer, and includes aerial acquisition, aerotriangulation, standard and designated true-ortho production, quality control, and correction or re-flight of imagery that does not meet specifications. Imagery must meet the stated positional accuracy requirements and be delivered in specified formats and coordinate reference systems. Deliverables include orthoimagery tiles and mosaics, true-ortho products and coverage index, raw image samples, flight and ground-control data, aerotriangulation and camera documentation, metadata, tile index, and a true-ortho quality-control summary. The bid also includes an optional five-year hosting service. Final delivery is due no later than August 1, 2027.
