Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations from 100% small-business concerns for subsistence food products, including certified kosher and halal items, for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The attached bid sheet lists the required food items, quantities, packaging and product specifications, including turmeric, reduced-sodium vegetable soup base, and frozen rectangular cheese pizzas. Bidders must quote the requested items and follow the bid-sheet instructions; kosher and halal items require certification for each item bid. Deliveries are required between October 1 and October 16, 2026, with delivery instructions specifying 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, and the stated period of performance runs through December 31, 2026. Price and past performance will be evaluated, with price receiving greater weight. Quotes must include the requested bid information, forms, certifications, and any other required information; only electronic email submissions are accepted.
