Description
West Virginia University is advertising construction packages for the Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium West Tower project on behalf of Barton Malow March Westin. Qualified bidders are invited to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for precast, fire protection, roofing, cold-formed metal framing, and metal panels. Qualified proposers are also invited to provide the mechanical and plumbing package. The solicitation is a request for bid with a mandatory Microsoft Teams pre-bid or pre-proposal meeting on September 16, 2026, depending on the package, an optional site visit on September 17, 2026, questions due September 21, 2026, and bids or proposals due October 2, 2026. All documents, submissions, and communications must be handled through BuildingConnected; West Virginia University will not accept responses or answer questions directly.
