The West Virginia Adjutant General's Office, on behalf of its Construction and Facilities Management Office, is seeking a vendor for a one-time purchase of 27 commercial heavy-duty top-load washers and 22 commercial heavy-duty electric dryers, or equal products meeting the stated specifications. The washers must include push-to-start controls, white finish, 15–18-pound capacity, specified cycle selections, 120-volt electrical requirements, pump drain, stainless-steel cylinder, and a three-year limited-parts warranty. The dryers must include push-to-start controls, white finish, 17–20-pound capacity, specified cycle selections, reversible doors, front lint filters, 208–240-volt electrical requirements, and a three-year limited-parts warranty. The equipment is for delivery only; construction, installation, water hoses, and nonstandard plugs or cords are excluded. Pricing must be all-inclusive and include freight, delivery, materials, and additional fees. Vendors proposing equal alternatives should provide manufacturer specification sheets, physical dimensions, performance specifications, and relevant supporting documentation. Delivery is required within 30 working days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed, FOB destination.
