Description
Butte County is soliciting a three-year KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Subscription Advanced subscription. The corrected terms specify three annual periods: November 18, 2026, through November 17, 2027; November 18, 2027, through November 17, 2028; and November 18, 2028, through November 17, 2029. No substitutions or alternatives will be accepted, and product warranties, maintenance, and support must be registered directly to Butte County. Bidders must submit the completed and signed bid form, bid each item separately, provide brand and catalog information for each item bid, state a firm delivery date, and include FOB-destination pricing with shipping included. The bid form also requests information about any recycled-content products and applicable payment discounts.
