Description
The Health and Human Services Commission, on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services, is soliciting bids for a commercial off-the-shelf Moodle Workplace SaaS solution supporting up to 15,000 annual active users. The scope includes an annual license, basic branding, analytics integration, unlimited push notifications, offline courses, and a premium mobile app. The contract also includes up to 50 hours of consultative implementation services to upgrade the agency's existing Moodle Core learning management system, guaranteed Tier-3 technical support with named help-desk seats, and additional written reports when requested. Services will be performed remotely. Respondents must submit pricing using the provided pricing sheet and provide at least three business references for similar services performed within the last two years.
