Description
The City of Aurora seeks a citywide learning management system for approximately 1,100 full- and part-time employees. The solution should centralize training records, streamline registration, provide quarterly and annual training plans and calendars, deliver preloaded and administrator-created content, track certifications and job performance requirements, issue renewal and training-gap alerts, and support tests, assignments, electronic signatures, and employee development plans. The platform should provide administrative dashboards and configurable reporting, including PDF export, email distribution, and redaction capabilities. It must support HIPAA and ADA compliance and integrate with Superion/CentralSquare, UKG Pro v8, and potentially a separate fire-department training system. The City prefers a single solution-as-a-service partner with a preloaded content library and anticipates an initial three-year term with two additional three-year renewal periods. Responses require completion of the electronic vendor response form and supporting uploads such as solution narratives, reporting dashboards, content-library materials, references, sample scopes of work, and pricing documents where applicable.
