Description
Metropolitan Community College is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive web-based case management platform for confidential management of student and employee matters, including conduct, Title IX, behavior intervention, hazing, academic integrity, complaints, and employee relations. Required capabilities include case creation and tracking, workflow automation, documentation storage, task assignment, sanctions and supportive-measure tracking, role-based security, public reporting forms, multi-campus support, dashboards, trend and annual reporting, charge and findings analysis, and customizable analytics. The solution must integrate with Ellucian Banner and support secure data synchronization, APIs or secure SFTP, Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, SAML 2.0 and/or OpenID Connect, multifactor authentication, conditional access, role-based authorization, and audit logging. It must comply with FERPA, ADA requirements, and WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA, with VPAT documentation, accessibility testing results, and remediation plans. The vendor must provide implementation and data-migration planning, configuration support, administrator and end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support procedures. Proposals must include company information, technical and functional responses, implementation and training plans, support model, references, pricing, and identified exceptions. At least three higher-education references are required.
