REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS LEGAL SERVICES - BOND COUNSEL THE UNION CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY, STATE OF NEW JERSEY hereby requests statements of Qualifications for Legal Services as Bond/Tax Counsel HUD RAD transaction. Copies of documents setting forth the scope of services, contract terms and conditions, submission requirements, and criteria for evaluation of qualifications, may be obtained from the Housing Authority by telephoning Union City Housing Authority's ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES - dial (201) 864-1515 ext. 142, or visiting such offices at 3911 Kennedy Boulevard, Union City, New Jersey - Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. Proposals will be accepted up to 11:00 A.M. on September 16, 2026. All proposals should be stamped UCHA Tax Attorney RFQ and mailed to: Union City Clerk Attn: Hilda Rosario 3715 Palisades Avenue Union City, NJ 07087 Jorge Rodriguez, Interim Executive Director 8/27/26 $51.62

Description
The Union City Housing Authority is seeking statements of qualifications from attorneys to provide legal services as bond and tax counsel for a HUD RAD transaction. The solicitation documents will define the scope of services, contract terms and conditions, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria. Proposals must be stamped “UCHA Tax Attorney RFQ” and mailed to the Union City Clerk by the stated deadline.
