Description
Torrance County, New Mexico, on behalf of the Torrance County Board of County Commissioners, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide legal services for Torrance County employees. Proposals must remain valid for 120 days and identify the solicitation number, offeror name, and address on the outside of the package.
