Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from attorneys or law firms to provide special projects legal services. The selected professional will support the Township on assigned legal matters and must demonstrate the required professional, administrative, and financial capabilities, including relevant municipal experience, qualifications of key personnel, availability for required public and special meetings, and the ability to perform the requested work. Proposals must include a qualification statement, information on the firm and key personnel, servicing-office information, relevant experience and past performance, compensation and fee schedules, conflicts-of-interest and disciplinary-action disclosures, and references. At least three similar-project or contract references are required, including at least two municipal clients. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027. The solicitation also includes outside-counsel billing guidelines and requires various statutory and compliance forms.
