Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations for Carrier-brand commercial HVAC components: two AC compressors (Carrier part number P045-25071K), two AC drier cores (D48), one SPM board (30RB660057), and two compressor contactors (RC6800051), plus shipping. Substitutions and equal products will not be accepted. Quotations must identify the OEM, brand, manufacturer part number, and country of origin, and may require proof of OEM authorization or authorized distribution. The quotation must include pricing for the entire requirement, delivery information, and applicable technical data. Delivery is requested by September 30, 2026. The solicitation requires use of Standard Form 1449 or, if another quotation format is used, a statement accepting all solicitation terms and conditions.
