Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for a Motorola Solutions land mobile radio system. The requirement includes one APX all-band consolette and 44 APX N70 UHF portable radios, item number H35XDT9PW8AN. Equipment must be new, current production, configured for compatibility with the Government's existing LMR system, programmed, labeled, acceptance-tested, and supplied with required firmware, licenses, batteries, antennas, belt clips, and accessories. The requirement also includes eight six-bay multi-unit charging stations, six remote speaker microphones, 16 spare high-capacity batteries, and one roof-mounted antenna system. The contractor must provide antenna installation, cabling, grounding, weatherproofing, functional and radio-frequency testing, delivery, shipping, travel, and labor. Quotes must include technical product information, delivery schedule, commercial warranty terms, pricing and discounts, agreement with solicitation terms, and completed Sections 6 through 9 of the solicitation package.
