Description
The U.S. Army is seeking one crane and one operator to support JPMRC 27-01 aerial delivery operations on Oahu. The contractor must provide a crane capable of lifting at least 10 tons (20,000 pounds), along with operators, maintenance personnel, transportation, fuel, tools, safety equipment, supervision, and all other resources required for performance. The work includes lifting military vehicles, containers, trailers, and equipment platforms onto and off PLS trucks and K-loaders, with crane relocation between designated installation locations as required. The firm-fixed-price service period is October 30 through November 14, 2026. The contractor must provide technical approach information, pricing for the crane-with-operator CLIN, recent and relevant experience, and the completed vendor information and solicitation documents. The requirement is a competitive total small business set-aside, and award will be based on price, technical approach, and relevant experience.
