The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking sources capable of providing Low Titer O Whole Blood to Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL) in North Carolina. The requirement includes providing a minimum of 120 units annually, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations, and offering 24/7 availability with a delivery time of within 3.5 hours upon request in certain instances. If capable sources are not identified, DHACA intends to award a sole-source contract to The Blood Connection. This is a sources sought notice, not a request for competitive proposals. Interested sources must submit a capability statement, including technical data and pricing, not exceeding three pages with a minimum 10-point font size. Capability statements are due by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on June 22, 2026, and must be submitted via email as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to felicia.w.smith.civ@health.mil.
