Description
The Audiology Department at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune requires one (1) Vestibular Rotary Chair with the Videonystagmography (VNG) option, including air caloric addition, computer, TV monitor, ocular motor stimulus, and software. The scope includes labor, installation, and training for the new equipment. The chair must be a standalone manufactured software system compatible with the chair, capable of evaluating and identifying inner ear and neurological balance disorders. Key technical specifications include a specific rotational motion system, tilt system, eye tracking system with a minimum sampling rate of 100Hz, and a visual stimulus display with a VR-style integrated headset. Safety systems such as a 5-point harness and emergency stop are required. The software platform must support various protocol types, have pre-programmed and customizable protocols, and a SQL database with encrypted storage, with data export capabilities in PDF and CSV formats. The system is intended for standalone operation and must not be integrated with any internal government network systems. Delivery is required within 60 days after contract award, with on-site installation and configuration to be completed within 5 business days of delivery. Final acceptance will be granted after a 10-business-day inspection period following installation and initial training.
