Description
This solicitation is for onsite phlebotomy services to be performed at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, Texas. The services will be provided on an hourly basis, with specified rates for base hours, holidays, and overtime. The contract is structured with five ordering periods, each lasting 12 months from the date of award. Amendment 0004 revises the price schedule to include a breakdown of base, overtime, and holiday rates. It also removes Section 9.5 from the Performance Work Statement regarding background screening costs and extends the quote submission due date to June 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST.
