Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intends to award a sole source Task Order (TO) to Airborne Tactical Advantage Company (ATAC) for the 2026 United States Marine Corps (USMC) Burmese Chase training requirements. This Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) TO will provide contractor-owned and operated aircraft to fulfill critical Close Air Support (CAS) services. The services include providing high-performance turboprop aircraft, aircrew, maintenance personnel, and all associated support for simulated and live CAS operations in day and night conditions. The training will support Type 1 and Type 2 controls, Night Vision Device (NVD) aided operations, and live ordnance delivery profiles. The estimated period of performance is from July 27, 2026, to July 26, 2027, with an estimated value of $755,010.00. This acquisition is being pursued as an Exception to Fair Opportunity because ATAC is the only contractor with approved subcontractor agreements for the required turboprop aircraft capability.
