Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is soliciting proposals for the replacement of an existing 30,000 square foot metal roof at the Castle Hayne Traffic Services facility, located at 5504 Barbados Blvd. in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. The current roof is experiencing leaks in various areas and requires replacement. The total project budget is estimated at $2,279,760, funded by the Highway Fund. Proposing firms must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. Firms are required to submit three (3) copies of their Letter of Interest and three (3) copies of their current Standard Form 254 (SF254). Submittals should not exceed ten (10) single-sided pages or five (5) double-sided pages plus the SF254, and should be stapled in the upper left-hand corner. Email and fax submittals will not be accepted.
