Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Service Unit, is seeking capable Indian-owned businesses (large or small) to provide laboratory chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology, UA, and consumables testing kits and supplies on an as-needed basis. The period of performance will include one one-year base period plus two one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423490, with a small business size standard of 150 employees. Interested parties must be registered in SAM.gov. Submissions are due by June 27, 2026, 5:00 PM MST.
