Description
This solicitation is for the repair of Building HP135, a Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) located at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The project involves general repairs to the building envelope, including potential asbestos and lead paint remediation as indicated by the attached survey documents. The scope of work also includes demolition of an existing mechanical building (HP136), construction of a new mechanical building, and manhole rehabilitation.
