Description
The North Carolina State Port Authority is soliciting bids for comprehensive services related to their Alimak brand crane elevators located in Wilmington, NC. The scope of work includes quarterly OSHA inspections, routine and emergency maintenance services, and annual full load drop testing for seven specific ZPMC container cranes. Vendors must provide all necessary parts and components to address identified deficiencies, with a guaranteed response time of no more than 2 working days for parts delivery and emergency call-outs. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required before performing inspections or maintenance. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option for two additional one-year renewals.
