Description
The Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune's Neurology Department requires one portable EEG acquisition system and viewing station to aid in the diagnosis of epilepsy, sleep disorders, and brain injuries for both inpatient and outpatient settings. The system must be portable, integrated onto a mobile cart, and capable of high-fidelity brain activity measurement with synchronized video and photic stimulation. It needs to include a dedicated viewing station with a high-resolution monitor, reporting software, an infrared camera, an HD camera, an intermittent photic stimulator, and an integrated DVD-RW drive. The unit must be capable of full standard 10-20 montage and operate as a standalone device, without network connectivity. Data export should be in PDF summary format via CD-ROM. The equipment must be new, sourced directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer, and include comprehensive preventive maintenance and software updates for the warranty period. In-person training on hardware and software will be provided at the time of installation. Delivery and installation must be completed within 45 days after contract award, with final acceptance granted within 10 business days following installation and training.
