National Children's Advocacy Center, Inc. is soliciting sealed bids for the acquisition and installation of 12 HVAC units. The project is funded through the Community Development Block Grant program, administered by the City of Huntsville Department of Community Development, and is subject to Davis-Bacon Act requirements. The applicable wage determination will be provided in the bid packet. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the National Children's Advocacy Center, and bid packets will be distributed there. Sealed bids must be submitted at the same location by the stated deadline. Section 3-qualified businesses and minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate; Section 3 compliance is required of the awardee.
