Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for three portable chemical latrines and three commercial handwashing stations at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The contractor must furnish, position, maintain, and service the units, including weekly cleaning, pumping, waste and graywater disposal, fresh-water replenishment, soap and paper-towel restocking, toilet-paper restocking, spill response, and consumable supplies. Emergency cleaning and servicing must be performed within 24 hours of notification. The requirement includes a one-year base period and three one-year option periods. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, supplies, permits, licenses, maintenance and cleaning plans, and related sanitation services. Units must remain sanitary, leak-free, operational, properly identified, and capable of withstanding winds up to 75 miles per hour using above-ground stabilization. The quotation must include a technical proposal with a detailed service and delivery schedule and pricing for each item and the total price.
