Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking a one-year continuation of Change Healthcare Assurance Plus web-based medical claims billing services for the Western Oregon Service Unit and Warm Springs Service Unit. The requirement includes one 12-month subscription for each service unit, each based on a 1,200 monthly transaction volume. Services include electronic remittance advice transactions, 837 file transfers, claims transactions, payer-response, status and eligibility functions, standard support, account and payer-connectivity maintenance, and protection of protected health information under HIPAA and the applicable Business Associate Agreement. The contractor must maintain uninterrupted access to the existing service from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Respondents must provide separate monthly and 12-month pricing for each service unit, disclose applicable overage and usage-based charges, confirm included functions and Business Associate Agreement status, and identify any proposed commercial terms. An alternate source must also provide a concise capabilities statement demonstrating that it can begin uninterrupted production service by October 1, 2026. No new implementation, custom development, on-site work, system conversion, training, or recurring reporting is required unless separately ordered in writing.
