Description
Chandler Public Library is seeking service-provider bids for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services with capacity from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, quoted in 1 Gbps increments. The library prefers a 60-month contract term and requires guaranteed service delivery; budgetary quotes and vendor pricelists will not be considered. Proposals must separately identify eligible and ineligible products or services, include all taxes and fees, comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule, and exclude communications equipment or services subject to applicable national-security supply-chain restrictions. The contract must permit bandwidth upgrades without extending the original term, use SPI invoicing only, and address the stated legal-fee obligation if the selected vendor cannot deliver as quoted. This is not a formal sealed-bid or RFP process, and bidders must upload proposals through the designated portal rather than email them.
