Description
Multnomah County seeks on-call temporary fencing rental and related services, including delivery, assembly, installation, maintenance, relocation, and removal at County facilities and project locations. Work is assigned as needed by work order, with no guaranteed minimum volume. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required. Initial installation is due within 48 hours of an approved request and work order; specified response targets also cover repairs, emergency call-outs, and demobilization. The bid form requests pricing for either 10-foot or 12-foot-long, 6-foot-high chain-link panels, along with privacy screens, ballast, clamps, labor rates, and applicable additional charges. The County plans to award multiple contracts to the lowest bidders meeting minimum requirements. Prevailing wage applies to on-site work. The solicitation requires electronic submission through Multco MarketPlace, including the completed bid form and portal responses.
