Description

The Multnomah County Health Department seeks qualified agencies, community-based organizations, and individuals for a pool of communications partners supporting health and wellness initiatives. Potential work includes communications strategy and campaign planning; social media content, digital advertising, analytics, and reporting; traditional media placement; graphic design, illustration, and photography; video and film production, including scripts and public service announcements; culturally specific communications and outreach; and audience research and evaluation. Work may serve countywide or focus on particular communities and may occasionally extend across the Portland metropolitan area or a broader region. This qualification process does not guarantee funding or work. Qualified providers may be selected for separate, future requirements contracts as specific needs and funding arise; contract terms generally range from one to five years, and qualification lasts five years. Responses must address the required questions in the sourcing event, with answers entered in the designated text boxes; no additional files or links should be submitted unless specifically requested.
