Description
The Multnomah County Health Department seeks to qualify agencies, community-based organizations, and individuals for communications-related work as needs and funding arise. Potential services include communications strategy and campaign planning; social media and digital advertising, analytics, and reporting; traditional media placement; graphic design, illustration, photography, and other visual assets; video and film production, including scripts and public service announcements; culturally and linguistically responsive outreach; and audience research and evaluation. This is a qualification process, not a guarantee of work or a direct contract award. Qualified providers may later be considered for separately allocated requirements contracts. Contract terms generally range from one to five years, with no guaranteed funding or volume. Proposals are submitted through the Multco Marketplace sourcing event by answering its required questions and uploading only specifically requested files.
