Description
TriMet is soliciting proposals for comprehensive LIFT paratransit services, including transportation operations, contact center functions, and passenger eligibility services. The opportunity covers accessible transportation for disabled and elderly passengers and related dispatch, call-center, and service-coordination activities. The solicitation package includes proposal forms, a questions/exceptions form, an offerors list collection form, a proposal price form, and an anticipated annual turnover attachment. Proposals must be submitted through Bid Locker, and proposers must register with TriMet. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held at TriMet’s Powell ATP Facility, including tours of facilities and a LIFT vehicle.
