Description
The City seeks a contractor to construct a new public sidewalk and related stormwater drainage infrastructure, including bioretention areas, inlets, manholes, and piping. The work also includes curb and gutter, curb ramps, driveways, asphalt grinding and paving, striping and signage, mailbox relocation, utility adjustments, irrigation, planting, landscape restoration, and demolition of existing sidewalk, driveway, fencing, trees, shrubs, and landscaping. The project is subject to Buy America provisions and requires a California Class A or C-8 contractor’s license, at least 30% self-performance (except specialty items), and experience completing at least three similar projects of at least $500,000 each within the past five years. The project must be completed within 90 working days after the Notice to Proceed.
