Description
The City of Eagle Pass is soliciting proposals to establish one or more on-call contracts for event decorating, design, rental, delivery, installation, setup, on-site support, and post-event removal services. Assignments may include table and seating decor, centerpieces, backdrops, arches, draping, balloon installations, photo areas, signage, decorative furnishings, specialty rentals, and related event design and coordination for municipal events of varying sizes and styles. Respondents must provide tiered pricing for standard table decoration packages and unit pricing for required add-on services, along with a company profile, relevant experience, portfolio showing at least three completed events, service approach, inventory and capacity information, key personnel, references, proof of insurance or insurability, and required forms and certifications. The anticipated contract term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewals; no minimum quantity, work order, or dollar amount is guaranteed.
