Description
The Ministry of Youth and Sport & Culture is seeking a catering provider for the Best of the Best Regatta at Montague Foreshore from December 3 through 6, 2026. The contractor must provide full meal service for approximately 100 people per night, with different menus including seafood, chicken, a vegetarian dish, beef, lamb, or pork, starches, two dessert options, and two beverage options per event night. A 10% VAT must be added to the quotation if applicable. The scope also requires professional waitstaff using butler-style trays, appropriate attire and training, china, silverware, glassware, napkins, onsite setup beginning at 6:00 p.m., guest service from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and breakdown and cleanup from 10:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The catering team must provide all food, equipment, and personnel, maintain appropriate food temperatures and a tidy service area, and remove used items and leftover materials.
