Description
The Upper Trinity Regional Water District is seeking proposals for inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm panels and devices, fire extinguishers, suppression equipment, and related components at multiple water district facilities. The bid includes facility-specific packages covering wet sprinkler systems, fire alarm panels, heat, smoke, and duct detectors, pull stations, horn strobes, strobes, alarm switches, and fire extinguishers, along with hourly labor rates, overtime and holiday rates, and parts markup. The solicitation permits the District to award all or portions of the work to one or more vendors. The contract is for one year with four consecutive one-year renewal options, with a tentative January 2027 start. Required response materials include completed required forms, relevant references, a procedure checklist, and pricing submitted through the online procurement portal. The certificate of insurance is identified as a post-award submission due within ten business days after contract signing.
