Description
The City of Denton is seeking a volunteer management system to centralize volunteer records and support self-registration, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, opportunity management, clearance workflows, waivers, background-check integration, training, reporting, data exports, and API access. The proposed system should support citywide administration while allowing separate internal groups to manage opportunities, including private opportunities, capacity limits, required clearances, screening questions, and volunteer communications. The requested solution includes licensing for core functionality and 25 standard internal users, maintenance and support, implementation project management, initial setup, and user training. Respondents must provide a cost proposal with a pricing breakdown and implementation approach. The solicitation also requests responses to the detailed requirements spreadsheet, including whether each feature is standard, future, or requires customization.
