The University of North Texas System is soliciting qualifications for architectural and engineering services for the programming phase of the College of Music Building-Phase 1 project. The project involves programming, design, and construction phases, with a CMAR anticipated to join before the end of Schematic Design. The estimated construction cost is $60-100M. The HSP percentage is 3.25% based on the current contract scope (Programming only). Key personnel resumes are required for the prime firm, and subconsultant resumes are suggested.
