Description
The University of North Texas Health seeks an enterprise Continuing Professional Development/Continuing Medical Education accreditation and learning management system. The solution must support live, enduring, and regularly scheduled series programs; accreditation and credit management; certificates; course and activity creation; evaluations; pre- and post-tests; outcomes measurement; learner transcripts; analytics; discussion forums; e-commerce and shopping-cart functions; subscription and role-based pricing; and mobile-friendly access. The selected vendor will provide implementation, branding, configuration, workflow setup, data migration, authentication and payment integrations, integrations with Salesforce, Articulate Rise 360, JA-PARS, CPE Monitor, SCORM, Tin Can/xAPI, and social media platforms, plus administrator and user training, documentation, unlimited help-desk support, a dedicated customer success manager, quarterly reviews, patches, updates, regression testing, dashboards, custom reports, and remediation of compliance or performance gaps. Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of relevant enterprise CPD/CME LMS experience, three similar institutional clients, a qualified project manager, and TX-RAMP Level 2 or provisional certification at proposal time.
