Description
The Upper Trinity Regional Water District is soliciting bids for the provision of liquid polydiallydimethyl/ammonium chloride, a polymer flocculant used in water treatment. The opportunity contemplates a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options, pending board approval. The tentative contract start is November 2026, with the final beginning and ending dates contingent on board approval and award notification. The solicitation package includes terms and conditions, vendor references, a sample contract, required forms, a prior water polymer bid tabulation, and final water polymer specifications. Required forms include a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, State Reciprocal Requirement, Non-Collusion Statement, Texas Government Code Chapter 2279 Israel-boycott verification, Upper Trinity Regional Water District Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, and Certificate of Interested Parties Form 1295. Form 1295 must be completed online through the Texas Ethics Commission, notarized, and submitted to the District after notification that an award is pending.
