Description
Mt. Olympus Improvement District is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive Wastewater Collection System Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and Rate Study. The work includes planning, engineering analysis, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance to ensure the wastewater collection system can accommodate projected growth and redevelopment and to update impact fees and rates consistent with the master plan and applicable state law. The District anticipates that one consultant may serve as the prime consultant and include qualified subconsultants, including a financial subconsultant. The solicitation package also includes prior wastewater planning and impact-fee studies as supporting documentation.
