Description
The City of Middletown is seeking a supplier for approximately 135,000 gallons, more or less, of ferric sulfate containing 12% Fe+++ for use at its Water Reclamation Facility. The chemical must be delivered in full bulk truckloads, with freight included in the quoted price and delivery within 96 hours after receipt of an order. The initial contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with an optional additional 12-month renewal at the same price and conditions. Bidders must provide complete specifications, Material Safety Data Sheets, chemical analysis information, and evidence that the chemical is approved by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency or otherwise approved under applicable Ohio requirements. The bid package must be submitted on the provided forms, with any exceptions separately identified; email and fax submissions are not accepted.
