Description
This solicitation is for the replacement of the existing HVAC system in the Wild Fish Building at the White Sulphur Springs National Fish Hatchery in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The existing system, installed approximately 10 years ago, has been unreliable and the building is currently heated with space heaters. The objective is to remove the old system and install a new Carrier Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump system, including all necessary outdoor units, indoor units, piping, controllers, and ancillary equipment. All components of the existing system will be removed and disposed of properly. The new installation must comply with manufacturer instructions and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations. Shop drawings approved by the manufacturer are required prior to installation, and a manufacturer's representative will verify the work upon completion. The work location is 1087 Main St E, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986. The anticipated period of performance is 180 days from the Notice of Award. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
